Kristi`s Pour House in Hart

For what Kristi's is - a local food & drink place - it's great. Service is unbeatable, including customer-friendly hours in a central downtown Hart location. There are always specials, and a good range of draught beers - and even wine. Tonight was 'get to know the cooks' night, so we were offered delicious, piping hot grilled shrimp with a cajun twist (free of charge) just as we were ready to take the first bite of our burgers. Did I mention a decent Chardonnay for 99c? (3 fl oz)

Is it a bar or restaurant? One side says bar, other side is more like a restaurant and storage. It has huge potential. Could use some remodeling. Food was very good and drinks made well. We'd go back.

Poor waitress .... only one working. We didn't get waited on. After 20 minutes we had to leave due to one person in our party being diabetic. Normally enjoy going there. But wasn't properly staffed this day.

We both enjoyed hot beef sandwiches today! The beef melts in your mouth.There's a brand new stainless, U-shaped bar in the back. Looks good!

We had burgers and I recommend eating them in bar or across street at small park. We did the "take out" bit, so they sealed the burgers up in styrofoam clamshells for the 10 minute ride to hotel. Not the bars fault for quality. Fresh, hot burgers will "steam" inside a clamshell and end up soggy. Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices did seem to reflect an attempt to recoup COVID loses though.

Looked like they where training a new cook so we give them some leeway. Food was warm but not hot. Big portions. Good menu. Waitress was working her butt off. Almost didn't stop as from outside it looked like might have cheap bar food. We are glad we stopped and will most likely return when in the area again.

OMG 😱 right as you walk in this place its home. Why haven't I heard Of this place? I wasn't there for the beer just lunch . Asparagus soup and fried pickles along with two beers .the food was great the service was better and the beer 🍻 was from the tap and very tasty. I will go back for more.

Ate French Dip, the bread while good was not for this sandwich. The cheese was not fully melted There was a euchre championship going on which at times became loud. This was Sunday night of Memorial Weekend. I commend the restaurant on providing a community service but maybe on a weeknight. Our waitress was great but also a bit loud.

Good food, probably the best French Fries you've ever tasted. At least the best I've had in this area. I will be back for the fries. The atmosphere was louder than we like. But over all we had a very good meal. I would recommend Kristi's to my friends.

The service was poor at best. Our server never introduced himself. He never checked to see how we were doing. I had to go to the bar and ask for our pops to be refilled. The owner brought it out, not our server. The owner was very pleasant and made sure we had our drinks.The food was bland and not very good. They ran out of soup and never let us know. We had to ask a different server if there was any more. The food was very greasy.Not a great experience. We will most likely not return.

Food was burnt service was terrible! They forgot bacon on my cheeseburgars 2 separate times and when I called to complain they gave me my next meal free. So I pick up my free meal and the bacon is half raw my burger is raw in the middle and burnt on the outside along with the bubbling as well and the fries are so hard I cant eat them. I will never eat there again.

Great environment, good staff and great food. I wish they kept the grill on a little later on the weekends.

For 1 . nastiest (so say) bar b que ribs! From the oven w some grouse sauce. 2. That is not a salad bar! 3. When A Customer goes in for $9.99 ribs and is told it was $12.99 the reason We got was all You can eat is $9.99! Hell The first bite was putred! How can Anyone eat more ? Yes its only $3.00 difference. That's how they get more tips. As for service!? Just plain rude. Never going there to waste time . again. What a rip off. Someone needs to teach he cook How to Bar B Que! Are there any good restaurants in Heart ? Pentwater ,heck how about Shelby? People don't go to the poo house.Idea rather cook at Home.
